Matthew Bacchus, MA, LPC, NCC
I believe therapy works best when it feels real, collaborative, and grounded in trust. My style is thoughtful and direct—I’ll meet you with compassion while helping you do the deeper work that leads to real change. Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor sessions to you and what you’re actually navigating.
Therapy is a space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening inside, and build a healthier relationship with yourself and others. Whether you’re working through anxiety, trauma, depression, OCD, relationship struggles, or questions of identity and meaning, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, clear, and free.
I believe healing looks at the whole person—your story, values, nervous system, and the ways the past still shows up in the present. Our work is collaborative: you know your life, and I’m here to help you understand it with clarity and care.
Outside the therapy room, I’m a former college athlete, current sprints coach, and someone who values movement, meaningful conversation, faith in Jesus, and growth. I bring those values into how I show up as a therapist.
If you’re looking for a therapist who is present, grounded, and genuinely invested in your growth, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
